32 Percy Street, Fitzrovia- Town Planning Consent granted

Trophaeum Asset Management has gained Town Planning and Listed Building Consent for remodelling and extending of a Georgian office building at 32 Percy Street W1. Located near Charlotte Street, Fitzrovia, the Garnett & Partners designed project, comprises a comprehensive refurbishment of the Grade II Listed building with new 2 storey rear extension with copper roof and rooflights, and new basement. The scheme was granted consent by London Borough of Camden subject to a Section 106 Agreement.
