43 Eagle Street Submitted for Planning

Garnett & Partners have submitted an application for Town Planning Consent to London Borough of Camden for an external overhaul and refurbishment of 43 Eagle Street, Holborn WC1. The circa 12,000sqft scheme, located to the north of High Holborn, has been prepared on behalf of Legal & General Assurance and involves redesign of the ground floor elevation and introduction of new external amenity areas to the rear, and a total remodel of the interiors. G&P are leading the architectural re-positioning of this 1970s office building working in conjunction with Project Managers Hollis Global and letting agents Allsop. The fast track ‘Cat A’ project will involve redesign of the entrance, common areas, wc’s and office space, along with renovation of the front facade and is expected to commence on site in Q2 2020.
