Current Requirements
We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious individuals
with good technical background to work on a variety of luxury residential,
and prestige retail/ office schemes in central London and across the
UK.
Recently qualified Architect:
Reference- YD/WS 01/021111
To assist on live fast track retail contracts. Applicants will have two to five years experience
with excellent all round design and presentation skills, and sound technical ability. Candidates will
need to demonstrate excellent all round design and presentation skills, and sound technical ability.
Qualified applicants will ideally have had some retail design, project running or elemental package
procurement responsibility.
Senior Technician:
Reference- YD/WS 01/021111
Applicants required with a strong track record in construction detailing, technical specification and project
delivery. Candidates will be assisting project teams with tender and site operation processes, creation of technical
detail libraries etc. and should have extensive technical and detailing knowledge for large high end residential projects
Including coordination of M&E services, joinery, exterior fabric, basement tanking etc.
