Garnett & Partners is an award-winning multi-skilled architectural practice founded in the early 90s and based in Southwark, a short walk from Bankside and the Tate Modern. The practice works predominantly in the office, residential and retail sectors and provides a wide range of services including architecture, interior design and planning applications. We work on both new build and refurbishment projects, frequently in heritage environments, and our clients include leading developers, property investors and ‘great estates’.

Part I or Part II Assistant Architect

Garnett & Partners are looking for a talented Part I or Part II Assistant architect to join  our versatile team. We require applicants who are interested, inventive, ambitious and have excellent design and visualisation skills. The candidate must be able to demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and a working knowledge of SketchUp.

  • Preliminary understanding of 3d Rendering (V-Ray or similar)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

Architect/ Job Runner 3+ Years 19.11.2018

Architect/ Job Runner:

Due to an expanding work load the practice is offering a superb opportunity for a highly motivated and talented architect to become an integral part of our versatile team.

Our ideal candidate will be a good all-rounder with at least two years UK experience post Part 3, excellent construction, building regulations and contract administration knowledge as well as being comfortable liaising with clients and project teams.

Base Skills:

-Excellent presentation skills, both verbally, written and drawing.

-Sound technical grounding with knowledge of building codes, practice standards, and industry expectations.

-A proactive and enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
