A mixed use commercial office and retail / restaurant development of around 2,200 sqm. located between Oxford Street and Portman Square. The project involved demolition of a group of period buildings within the Portman Conservation Area and replacement with a new building arranged over five levels. The office element on the upper floors is served by a single core, with retail units on the ground floor and a large restaurant at basement level. The elevations are designed to retain the vertical character of the former collection of buildings, with a new shared architectural language.
