A new 3,450sqm. commercial office development located between High Holborn and Stukeley Street, wrapped around the southern flank of the former Holborn Town Hall. Large clearspan floorplates on six levels are arranged in two wings on either side of a central core linked by glazed walkways. Principal access is through a gateway from High Holborn leading into the private landscaped Dragon Lane covered by a glass canopy.The project included a new community centre for the Covent Garden Community Association, and was the recepient of a London Borough of Camden Design Award in 2004.
