A mixed use office / retail redevelopment of some 6,500sqm.within the Central Richmond Conservation Area replacing unsightly buildings dating from the 1950s. The project comprises two large retail units on ground and basement levels with a further three floors of large open plan offices above. Designed to respond sensitively to the fine urban grain characteristic of the historic centre of Richmond, the proposal was granted Planning Permission in September 2009. Work on site commenced in 2010 as is expected to be completed in August 2012.
