    Christian Garnett

    Graduated with distinction from University of Cambridge, trained at Sheppard Robson Architects and later worked with Sir Terry Farrell & Company. After spells as a designer in Sydney and New York, he joined the late great Franklin Israel’s office in Los Angeles working for three years as project architect on high end residential schemes including the Borman Residence at Broad Beach in association with acclaimed architect Frank Gehry before returning to London to launch G&P in the early 1990s. Christian has completed many successful and award winning projects for property investors, leading developers and multinational end users.

  • James Nichols

    After graduating from Nottingham University, James trained at 3D Reid, working on large scale mixed use developments. On completing his postgraduate degree at London Metropolitan University James worked at John Robertson Architects before joining G&P in 2008. James has acted as Associate on a wide range of commercial and residential projects for us including commercial redevelopments and high end residential/ mixed use schemes in heritage environments. James is currently overseeing commercial projects in the City and West End of London and was appointed partner of the practice in 2016.

  • Antonio Bilancio

    Antonio graduated from The University of Naples Federico II in Italy and trained in Naples before moving to London in 2003 to work on luxury residential projects for private clients and leading ‘Great Estates’. He joined G&P in early 2014 to act as team leader on high end residential schemes primarily in London and the home counties, more recently he has acted as lead designer on commercial refurbishment projects for a number of our investment fund clients. Antonio was appointed partner of the practice in 2016 having proven himself to be an exciting and sought after designer with a superb eye for detail.

  • James Plant

    Head of Technical Design

    James trained at Cardiff University (RIBA accreditation in 1997) and has since completed an RICS Diploma in Building Surveying with The College of Estate Management in Reading. Prior to joining G&P James worked at KDS, S&P and AMEC Design & Management as Project Architect on large D&B residential projects notably at Chelsea Creek (contract value £15m), New Central Woking (£55M), Rubicon Greenwich (£42M) and on several hotel projects in London including Corinthia Hotel (£120m). James currently leads the G&P technical team on contracts in the West End and City of London.

  • John Inglis

    John trained at University of Bath and London Metropolitan University, and after spells at MAA Architects and the Manufacturing Architecture Research Centre became an Associate of Association For Project Safety 2017. Since joining G&P in 2014 John has proved an accomplished all round architect who’s principal focus is on technical design,  procurement and project safety. John has acted as Project Architect during the construction phase on a circa £5M residential refurbishment for The Cadogan Estate near Sloane Square and recently on a £4M private house renovation for an international client at Wentworth, Surrey.

  • Yvonne Donaldson

    Yvonne trained at Edinburgh College of Art and joined Garnett & Partners in 2011 following previous experience at Edinburgh based firm Oliver Chapman Architects. Yvonne has worked on a wide range of high quality residential and retail projects with G&P’s ‘Great Estates’ team including notably as Architect on a £10.5M phased refurbishment project in Manchester Street for The Portman Estate. Yvonne has recently expanded her experience in the commercial sector as architect on office projects for Aberdeen Asset Management in the City, and Capco Covent Garden.
