Project Description

Refurbishment, extension and remodel of a 1980s office building close to Liverpool Street Station in the City of London. The circa 2,500sqm GIA scheme involves upgrading and expansion of the office element including CAT A fit out of office floors, new toilets, a reconfigured lift and stair core, and a new ground floor reception. The scope includes new comfort cooling, conversion of former plant at roof level into office space and a new sixth floor glazed extension with external terracing and outdoor amenity. The proposed scheme will deliver an uplift of around 600sqm on the existing lettable office area.
