Project Description

A mixed use office / retail redevelopment of some 6,500sqm. within the Central Richmond Conservation Area replacing unsightly buildings dating from the 1950s. The project comprises two large retail units on ground and basement levels with a further three floors of large open plan offices above. Designed to respond sensitively to the fine urban grain characteristic of the historic centre of Richmond, the project received a Design Award from the Richmond Society in 2014. G&P were also employed as retail designer for ground/ basement floors which comprised over 2,000sqm of prime space for the major US food retailer, Whole Foods Market.
