Refurbishment of a 1,500sqm. office block dating from the 1950s. The brief called for remodelling of the reception & common areas with finishes suitable for the presitigous Mayfair location, and phased update of the office space to meet modern tenant requirements. The project involved renewal of HVAC services throughout the building, new lighting, new toilets signage all as required to achieve a comprehensive rebrand.
