Speculative conversion of 400sqm offices into two luxury apartments within a small mixed used building by the River Thames at Charing Cross. The practice opted for a contemporary design approach, with open plan living and principal rooms arranged to take advantage spectacular views onto the river. Natural finishes, crisp feature lighting, minimalist joinery and a a subtle blend of colours give the spaces a modern edge and helped achieve sale of the new units prior to completion.
