Rebuilding of four mews houses in a Conservation Area, replacing a mix of dilapidated structures dating from the 1960’s. The scheme comprises some 600sqm. included built in garages and new courtyard gardens at the rear. Sitting rooms have been located at first floor front for best views and sunlight, overlooking a quiet mews close to Marble Arch. Finishes comprise stripped wood floors, limestone tiling, granite countertops and extensive built in joinery. The practice provided full architectural, interior design and contract administration services on the project.
