Architecture
As architects, we lead the design process and co-ordinate the work of the Project Team. Established practice management controls enable us to integrate design work by specialists, suppliers and sub-contractors. The practice provides a broad range of services including feasibility studies, detail design, design co-ordination, production and tender documentation, contract administration and quality control We are known to our clients for our responsive and flexible approach to design, and our ability to adapt to a changing brief.

Workplace consulting
We help clients create dynamic workspaces to enhance team working, improve communication and provide flexibility to adapt to change. Typical services include site selection and space planning, programme and client brief analysis, interior design, co-ordination of specialist design, M&E services, acoustics, furniture specification and procurement, contract administration and post contract evaluation reports .We are able to work directly for a client or as part of the contractor’s team, depending on the client’s preferred procurement route.may need to be addressed.

Interior design
We have worked with the UK’s leading furniture, fabric and lighting specialists and on many projects involving finishes of the highest quality.
The practice offers a comprehensive design and project management service, involving close attention to detail and tried and tested quality control procedures so that clients can embark on construction projects with confidence and peace of mind.
Clients value our ability to galvanise and inspire the project team, to solve problems at an early stage and to create truly outstanding interior spaces.

Restoration
The practice has a wide range of experience in the renovation, conservation and adaptive re-use of historic buildings, having helped clients bring new life to a variety of structures from early Georgian townhouses to early 20thC office buildings.Working closely with specialists, we strive to find simple, creative solutions to problems such as how to introduce efficient services, how to provide occupier flexibility and how to facilitate expansion in floor area without destroying the features of special interest within the original building.

Town Planning
We understand how crucial it is for clients to obtain Planning Consent and we take enormous care in the research and preparation of a planning submission.
We like to work with Local Authorities in a pro-active manner to ensure that an application goes forward smoothly with the best possible chance of success.
We submit a Design Policy Statement to explain the scheme and assist the Local Authority in their statutory consultations. Where appropriate we will meet local bodies and pressure groups to explain the scheme, and to identify any problems that may need to be addressed.
