Marylebone Town Planning Consent
The Portman Estate has received Town Planning and Listed Building approval from City of Westminster for the G&P designed residential scheme at 37 Great Cumberland Place, Marylebone, London W1. The circa 5,000sqft Grade II Listed building dating from the 1780s’ is being refurbished and extended to provide five high-end flats. Original features and plan forms are being comprehensively restored with new lift and comfort cooling introduced. G&P are appointed as Architects and Lead Consultant and works are expected to commence on site in Q3 2021.
