TP Consent Granted for 266 Fulham Road Development

Proposals designed by Garnett & Partners for remodelling and extending 266 Fulham Road, Chelsea, SW10 have been granted town planning consent by Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. The 12,700sft mixed office/ retail scheme for Freshwater Group includes a five storey side extension and new mansard roof storey. The entire building will benefit from an unrestricted Class E use, which gives incredible flexibility to how it can be used. TP consent was originally granted  in 2016 and and an expanded scheme has now been granted to include the lower ground floor, new terraces and change to Class E use. Link to project page
