The practice works predominantly in the office, residential and retail sectors and provides a wide range of services including architecture, interior design and planning applications. Architectural Assistant- RIBA Part II 1 Year in UK 18.01.2021

Architectural Assistant- RIBA Part-II

With an expanding work load, the practice is looking for ambitious and talented Part II Architectural Assistants to join our versatile team. We require enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals with excellent communication and presentation skills to assist on projects from initial design through to construction.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate all round design and technical ability, enjoy working in a team environment with consultants and contractors.

The practice provides a full architectural service from inception to contract administration and this is a great opportunity for applicants requiring support for their RIBA Part III.

Base Skills:

All applicants must be able to demonstrate proficiency in Autocad and working knowledge of Sketch-Up. Preliminary experience working in Archicad would be useful.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1 Year UK based experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD,
  • Working knowledge of Sketch-Up
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Good interpersonal and team liaison skills.
