Project Description

Refurbishment of the lower two floors of a prime office building located in St James’s, London W1. The project involves transformation of around 1,100sqm of existing floor space to Cat A+ standard with new finishes, services installations, new bike store and showers, tea points and freestanding furniture. G&P are appointed as as architects and lead designer on the fast track fit out project which is expected to complete at the beginning of Q4 2021.
